Groovin on Music guarantees your satisfaction or your
money back. Upon receipt and within 30 days after, if you are
unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for a refund or
exchange. Contact us at info@groovinonmusic.net with the subject
heading "Return" to process your return, or call us at (626) 793-8809.
Please do not send return items without contacting us first.*
*Under restrictions by law, policy does not cover microphones,
harmonicas, toy wind instruments, earplugs, in-ear monitors, software
and opened DVDs and CDs. Policy only applies to products still in
original packaging and in same working condition as it was upon
shipment.
Shipping Policy
Please give about 1-3 days to process your order before
shipping. Shipping is subject to third party services, such as shipping
services and current stock, making estimated time arrival hard to
predict. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for arrival of order. Do not
receive any shipments with damaged goods. Please contact us immediately
at the above listed contact info (using "shipping" as the email
subject) if there are problems or questions regarding your shipment. If
you live within the Pasadena, California area, you may opt to do a
pickup. This option is free. If you select this option, we will email
you when your product arrives in store and set it aside for you to pick
up at your convenience.
